We offer a 7-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. If 7 days have passed since delivery, we won’t be able to provide a refund or exchange.

Please share clear photos of the invoice and the product(s) you wish to return so we can start the process.
Our courier partner will schedule a pickup from your address. Before handing over the parcel, kindly take a clear photo of the sealed package with the courier person.
If pickup is not available in your area, you can self-ship the product using any reliable courier service. Please share the courier receipt along with your order number at latecidoindia@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91-9328080252.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Refund/Exchange is allowed only once per order. If a second return is accepted in special cases, courier charges will be deducted from the refund.
Please check your order as soon as it is delivered. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us right away so we can resolve it quickly.
Once your return package is picked up, we will dispatch the exchange product from our warehouse.
If you need a different size or colour, we’ll provide it based on availability.
If you want to switch to a different product, we’ll adjust the amount as required.
For a custom-fit exchange, please send your best-fitting garment along with the return package. We’ll create a new piece tailored to your measurements and deliver it within 10–15 days. We’ll also save your measurements for future orders.
If you request an exchange item and later refuse to accept it, the return courier charges will be deducted from your refund.
After receiving your returned product, we will initiate your refund within 24–48 hours.
For online payments, the refund will reflect in your bank account within 5–7 working days.
For COD orders, we will need your bank details or UPI ID along with a quick phone verification to process your refund. It may take up to 7 working days.
Please ensure your bank/UPI details are correct while sharing them with us, as any errors will not be our responsibility.

Products bought during Sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for returns. Exchanges may be allowed in specific cases, subject to stock availability.
Our courier partner will attempt pickup twice. If pickup is unsuccessful, you will need to self-ship the product to our address:

Please pack the items securely and mention your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.
If you self-ship, we will refund courier charges up to ₹100 (if applicable). We recommend using India Post – Speed Post for reliable service. Please avoid using “The Professional Couriers” as we do not accept returns from them.
If the returned package contains the wrong product, we will verify it using courier handover footage. In such cases, the same item will be sent back to you, and no refund or replacement will be processed. Please raise any query within 7 days of pickup.
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

Minor variations in fabric, print, or handwork are natural and part of the charm of handcrafted products. These are not considered defects.
