Terms of Service

1. Applicability

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made with Latecido India.
1.2 By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
1.3 Any changes to these terms are only valid if confirmed in writing by La Tecido.
1.4 If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining terms will still apply. New terms may be agreed upon to replace invalid ones.
1.5 These terms follow all applicable consumer rights and laws in India.

2. Orders & Offers

2.1 Prices may change if required due to legal or market conditions. All offers are subject to availability.
2.2 An order is confirmed only after you place it on our website and receive a confirmation email from Latecido India.
2.3 We may refuse or cancel an order or apply specific conditions if required.
2.4 If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you within 10 (ten) days of receiving it.
2.5 If a product is out of stock, we are not obliged to deliver it until it is available again.
2.6 We try our best to display product colours accurately, but actual colours may vary slightly due to different screen settings and fabric textures.
2.7 Once the order process is completed and these terms are accepted, the agreement between you and Latecido India is valid.
2.8 Extra charges may apply for custom orders, express delivery, or special requests.

3. Prices & Payments

3.1 All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of GST. Shipping and handling charges may apply separately unless mentioned otherwise. Prices may change without notice.
3.2 Payments must be made in full within 14 (fourteen) days from the invoice date unless agreed otherwise.
3.3 Refunds: If you cancel your order within the cooling-off period (as per these terms) and have already paid, La Tecido will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

4. Delivery & Shipping

4.1 Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days from dispatch. In some cases, it may take up to 30 days depending on location.
4.2 Delivery timelines are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. A delay does not entitle you to cancel the order or claim compensation.
4.3 If your order is cancelled as per clause 4.2 and you have already made a payment, La Tecido will refund the amount within 14 business days of cancellation.
4.4 Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

5. Colour & Material Variation

5.1 Fabric: Colours may look slightly different due to lighting and screen settings. Since we work with natural fabrics like [khadi cotton / silk / linen], slight variations in texture or shade are natural.
5.2 Embroidery / Print: Some products use handwork or digital prints. Minor variations or irregularities are part of handcrafted/printed fabrics and are not defects.
5.3 Hardware / Accessories: Metal or embellishment details may develop a natural finish or slight changes over time due to usage and weather conditions. This is normal and not considered a defect.
5.4 Handcrafted Details: As our products are made by artisans, no two pieces are exactly the same. Small differences in measurements, stitches, or finish highlight the handmade nature and uniqueness of every item.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All product designs, content, images, logos, and other intellectual property on the La Tecido website belong to La Tecido and/or our suppliers.
6.2 We do not guarantee that our products will never overlap with third-party rights, but we always strive to maintain originality.

7. Cooling-Off & Returns

7.1 Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If you find any issue or missing item, inform us immediately.
7.2 You may return your order within 7 (seven) days from the delivery date. You don’t need to provide a reason, but we encourage you to share feedback so we can improve. To start a return, contact us at latecidoindia@gmail.com or WhatsApp/Call +91-9328080252. We will guide you through the process.
7.3 Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in original condition may not be accepted for return or may only be partially refunded.
7.4 If pickup is not available at your location, you may self-ship the product using any reliable courier. Please share the courier receipt and your order number with us at latecidoindia@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91-9328080252.
7.5 Complaints about product quality or delivery should be raised within 3 (three) days of receiving your order.

8. Orders & Communication

8.1 Latecido India will not be responsible for delays, damages, or miscommunication caused by technical errors, internet issues, or third-party services during the order process.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1 Your personal details are collected only to process your orders and provide better service. These may be shared with trusted third-party service providers (like courier companies) when necessary.
9.2 Your data will always be handled securely and in line with Indian data protection laws.
9.3 We do not store your card details (such as card number or expiry date).

10. Circumstances Beyond Our Control

10.1 In case of events beyond our control (such as natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen restrictions), Latecido India may delay or cancel your order. We will inform you at the earliest if this happens.
10.2 We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by such circumstances.

11. Risk During Delivery

11.1 While your order is in transit, it is our responsibility. Once delivered to your address (or received by you/your representative), the responsibility shifts to you.

12. Warranty

12.1 If mentioned on a product page, Latecido India offers a warranty. This warranty does not affect your legal consumer rights.

13. Complaints

13.1 We take all complaints regarding delivery, product quality, or service very seriously.
13.2 Please share your complaint with us within 2 (two) business days of receiving your order.
13.3 We will do our best to resolve your concern within 10 (ten) business days and will keep you updated via email.

15. General Terms

15.1 If you provide us with a delivery address, all orders will be sent to that address unless you notify us of a change in writing.
15.2 If we allow exceptions to these terms in any situation, it does not mean we waive our rights to enforce them in the future.
15.3 If any part of these terms is found invalid by law, the rest will remain valid. A new condition may replace the invalid part, keeping the same purpose.
15.4 Latecido India may use third-party services to complete and deliver your order.

16. Governing Law

16.1 All our offers, orders, and agreements are governed by Indian law.
16.2 Any disputes will only be handled by courts in India.
16.3 Please note: We do not provide any type of compensation unless required by law.
